What a coordinator is, and is not

We coordinateRecords, hospital review, written estimates, visa route, arrival, language support and follow-up scheduling.
Hospitals decideCase acceptance, the clinical plan and the price are the treating hospital’s, in its own written documents.
You decideWhich written offer to accept, or none of them. Nothing is booked without your approval. CureYatra explains the applicable country-specific fee timing before requesting payment.

CureYatra is not a hospital and does not practise medicine. Current case-coordination fees and payment timing are shown on the relevant country guide and confirmed in writing before payment. Hospital, travel and other third-party costs remain separate. Terms & Conditions apply.

What CureYatra does

Case coordination

We organise the information needed for a hospital to decide whether it can review and accept a case.

Written comparison

Hospital responses, estimated scope and assumptions are kept attributable to the hospital that issued them.

Journey planning

After patient acceptance, we coordinate visa guidance, transfer, accommodation, language and appointment logistics.

Return handover

We request discharge documents and help coordinate available hospital follow-up after the patient returns home.

What CureYatra does not do

How hospitals are considered

A shortlist can consider diagnosis, doctor experience, relevant programme, current accreditation, treatment availability, city, estimated scope and patient preference. Hospital names on the website are examples, not endorsements or proof of a commercial relationship.

Evidence & sourcing

Where every number on this website comes from.

Medical-travel websites are full of figures with no source attached. Ours are traceable, or they are not published. This is what sits behind each kind of claim.

And what we never publish

Three categories of claim are absent from this website by policy, not by oversight:

  • Treatment prices — only the hospital can issue a figure, after reading your reports
  • Hospital rankings or “best hospital” lists — those usually reflect who paid the publisher
  • Success rates, outcome promises or guaranteed timelines

Population-level estimates describe a country’s health burden. They do not diagnose a person, predict an outcome, or establish that anyone needs to travel. CureYatra is an independent facilitator, not a healthcare provider — diagnosis and treatment decisions rest entirely with the treating doctors and hospitals.
